Peloton App One / App+ : price notes and how to cancel
Peloton hardware Membership (bike/tread) is not the same as Peloton App subscriptions (App One / App+ naming has varied). Cancel the product you actually pay for.

How to cancel the Peloton App subscription
Peloton account (web)
- Sign in to your Peloton account on the web.
- Open Membership / Subscriptions.
- Cancel App membership (not hardware unless that is intended).
- Confirm the end date.
iPhone
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Peloton.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial), then confirm.
Android
- Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select Peloton.
- Tap Cancel subscription, pick a reason and confirm.
Hardware All-Access members
- Use Peloton's commercial membership cancel flow (may require notice period - read on-screen terms).
- Do not assume canceling the phone app cancels the bike membership.
