How to cancel Super Duolingo
Cancel where you paid. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
iPhone or iPad
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Duolingo.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial), then confirm.
Android
- Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select Duolingo.
- Tap Cancel subscription, pick a reason and confirm.

- Go to duolingo.com on a computer and sign in.

Refunds
Duolingo can't refund App Store or Google Play purchases - request those from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play. For annual plans renewed by accident, ask within a few days; both stores often approve recent accidental renewals. Web purchases are handled by Duolingo support.
